Green Tree Mall is a regional center situated in the Town of Clarksville in Clark County Indiana, located between the cities of Jeffersonville and New Albany (Metro Louisville Area). Green Tree Mall, located just across the Ohio River five miles from downtown Louisville, is southern Indiana’s only enclosed regional mall that serves that city’s bedroom communities as well as outlying areas.

These newcomers and the expanded Dillard’s add to the allure of a mix inside the mall co-anchored by Sears and JCPenney, while Circuit City, Burlington Coat Factory, a 10-plex theatre, three fast food restaurants and Applebee’s drive traffic to the property’s periphery. It all adds up to an offering that keeps Green Tree Mall top-of-mind for those who live and shop in southern Indiana.
